Maybelline NY Simply Fabulous: Have You Voted Yet?

10 fabulous contestants are in the run for the Maybelline NY Simply Fabulous, who will walk away with RM10k of sponsorship and live their dream? Now, you can start voting for your favourite gal.

If you have been following Maybelline NY Simply Fabulous on 8tv site, you should already know more about them from the way they talk, their passion, their dreams.

Recap of the episodes aired so far. Zhareen, 19 who is 4 feet 11 is a mix of philippines+indian+malay and believes that simply fabulous is the confidence in you. She’s a singer, dancer, and also music composer. Her goal is to open a orphanage house and be a successful mogul. From the webisode, I guess you could see she’s bubbly and have confidence of herself. I felt that she’s a warm person and easy to get close and communicate too.

Staffanie is a 19 years old Mass Communication student from KDU(so, you know where to look for her now huh?). Her dream is to be an actress, Hm… interesting. To me she looks pretty attractive and tall but a little shy though to be an actress. I guess she’ll need to boost up her confidence in this reality show and show us her hidden talents. Hey gal, show us more of what u got! =D

I’m sure you will remember the next contestant I’m talking about. You will definitely know she’s Nik Syifa from far away land, not because of her cute looks but from her high pitch voice. Who can not recognise that voice huh? I wonder if any glasses have broken when she goes excited and speaks faster than usual with a higher pitch voice. Btw, the 21 years old cutie would love to open a bakery shop. Nice!!! I hope she knows what to do to get my vote. Nah..just joking!

Another contestant whom managed to catch my attention is 21 years old Preeta. She dreams to be a fashion designer and have her own label one day. Her fashion style is to combine western and indian styles together. I would really love to see her design one day. Oh yeha, she loves food, and dogs too, and she also helps out SPCA. See why she caught my attention now?

The 24 years old Susilawati is from Kota Kinabalu. She’s a flight attendant, maybe you could ask her which airline next time and could get some discount. Hehehe. I knew that she’s different! As in she’s a mix of Pakistani + Chinese. Her dream is to be a performer and open a dance studio and also help the less fortunate kids by teaching dancing to help discover their hidden talents. That’s so sweet of her.

Calista is a 22 years old gal from Sabah. Her dream is to be a petite model and she would like to break the boundaries despite people have telling her to give up. It’s such a great spirit she has! Prove to the people and say you couldn’t make it! Btw, she’s mixed too, English + Sabahan Chinese. But, if you listen the way she speaks, she’s more to Malaysian.

Kimberly, 24, dreams to be a travel host. This cheerful gal is also full of confidence, she mentioned that she is quite competitive in contest and will do her very best in achieving the things she wants. I like the energy she has in her! So, lookout for her gal!

Diana, 25, is the only gal with tudung in this reality show. Despite people telling her it’s tough to join contest if wearing tudung, but she has proven that she could by listed as 1 of the 10 finalist. She looks pretty although she’s very tudung. She’s studying civil Engineering but her dream is to open a boutique with her own label. Wow, it’s quite a contrast there but I’m glad she’s persuing her dream now too. So, you know where to shop next time for your clothes in the future?

The 22 years old Bei Shan is a very soft spoken and down to earth gal. Her dream is to further her studies and be a professional in counselling and psychologist. I like what she said in the webisode about confidence. Did you notice she have sweet dimpels like mine too? *wink wink*

Finally the eldest among all is the 27 years old Nalinder who is currently a software engineer. If I didn’t know her real age, I would have thought that she’s same age as me. She looks really young! I like her short crop hair, it suits her feature well. Like Kimberly, Nalin dreams to be a travel host as she love to meet more people and get to know about their cultures and learn more about way of life from them. Did you know Nalin likes to tell jokes too?
