If you’re a huge fan of cars and Formula One then you would want to visit to KLCC now! WHY HUH?!

In conjunction with the 14th edition of the grand prix in Malaysia, PETRONAS is once again organizing the 2012 Formula 1 PETRONAS Malaysia Grand Prix showcase! The event is being held at KLCC concourse from 17th to 25th of March, from 10am to 10pm, admission is FREE!

Of coz, the main attraction would be the display of MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team car.

Geez… You know how badly I wished that I could have a chance to sit in this car at the pit driving around and experience the speed of over 300km/h?

Since I dun get to ride in it, I shall get some satisfaction of posing with another gorgeous gal with this gorgeous car instead. *wink wink*

PETRONAS entered the world of Formula One in 1995, it took the first step towards positioning the brand globally. Since then, it has matured into global player with the operations across more than 30 countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and South America.

This sexy Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roaster is also one of the main attraction at the showcase displayed at the concourse area too.

Ohh… isn’t he sexy? Yeah, I call it a he. =p

A welcome speech by Miss Ezzan and she briefed us about Formula 1, motorsports@ PETRONAS and also the agenda for the night.

We were ushered to the game booth to play Speed of Sound which was specially created for this year’s event. The game requires the player to hum according to the loudness or frequency based on the racing track line on screen.

So, if the player voice matches the frequency of the racing track on screen, the car speeds up and reaches the finish line faster too. I was the first one to be called up to play the game.

It was rather embarrassing to be humming ‘aaahhhh…Aaahhhhh…AAAAHHHHHHHHHH~~~‘ infront of so many people so I kept laughing at myself non-stop. But I would say, it’s a fun and exciting game trying to beat the other players! But I think I scored the last in the list. XD

Wow, first time seeing these flying/floating cars, it’s not just any car, it’s PETRONAS F1 cars! On the left is the 2011 PETRONAS Formula One car, and on the right is the 2010 PETRONAS Formula One car.

Since it’s such a rare sight to see, I took the opportunity for a self shot too! =p

It wasn’t only about these amazing cars and games, there are merchandising booths selling PETRONAS Motorsports’ latest 2012 GP and PETMOS collection as well as limited MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team and Mercedes-Benz merchandise line.

Looking for a flight?

Been wanting to wear a scarf with a white top. So I opened up my wardrobe and saw this white short sleeve shirt which I’ve not been wearing it for ages. Looks like they could pair up. So, I pair those up with my fav black comfy skirt which goes well with almost all of my tops.

Telekom Malaysia Berhad’s (TM) youth-oriented website www.everyoneconnects.net recently celebrated its 1^st anniversary with a fresh look and feel as well as the introduction of new features and applications.

I’ve been to Bali, and I love it there, I miss that place, and of coz, their local Balinese food.

Earlier, I joined the other bloggers to enjoy Flavours from Bali at Eccucino at Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur. The guest chef is from Bumbu Bali Restaurant & Cooking school all the way from Bali. If u din know yet, Bumbu Bali Restaurant was voted by the readers of Miele Guide as one of the best restaurants in Indonesia in 2009/2010.

Looking at all these beautiful delicacies reminds me of all the delicious food I had in Bali. I was really lucky to be given the chance to experience the traditional cooking and treating myself to these delicaies. Among them are slow-roasted chickens and ducks in banana leaves, grilled seafood; tantalizing sates, soups from banana stems, green papayas and mushrooms, a selection of vegetarian dishes and a selection of Balinese cakes, black rice pudding and tropical fruits. Nom, nom, nom! Know why I say I’m lucky now?

Among the traditional delights are Bebek Betutu (Roasted Duck in Banana Leaf) and Sambel Udang(Spiced Prawns in Chili Tomato Sauce).

Authentic Balinese Delicacies

Slow-roasted chicken in banana leaves.

Grilled seafood with tantalizing sates.

U MUST try the Sate Lilit (minced Seafood Satay), this could be one of the best satay you ever tasted and it’s one of my favourite dish, the seafood have a nice fragrance of lemongrass from the lemon grass skewers.

Ayam Pelalah (Shredded chicken with chilli and lime)

Sambel Be Tongkol (Tuna salad with chilli and lemongrass dressing)

Pecelan (Assorted vegetables with peanut sauce)

Lawar (Green papaya salads with prawns)

There are also other genre of food like the Sashimi, salads and Italian food.

Roasted asparagus with melon oil and flaked parmesan; potato salad

This Italian dish in carbonara sauce is really tasty too!

Desserts at any place never fail to have my attention. I have such a sweet tooth that I always have a second stomach for desserts.

Even if you dun fancy to eat these, dun u just feel happy looking at all these colourful variety of desserts?

There were also traditional dance performances.

For a moment I thought I was back to Bali. LOL
