Okay… I was dreaming, dreaming big, dreaming fantasy. The Salt movie and contest must have gotten into me.

I recently joined a contest organised by Sony Pictures Malaysia and there is 5 mission to be completed and the final task is to take a best looking photo as an agent to expose Evelyn Salt. Here’s my photo submission.

Initially the photo looked a lil too simple, it doesn’t really stand out then I decided to add my plush croc in it too.

Thanks to Hui Wen whom help me to take these photos.

But if I am really an agent, my cover would be like this, act like a lil kiddo.

There was a bowling tournament recently and it was participated by few of the accounts in our office(Take note: It wasn’t open to all).

So, there were we! At the bowling centre at Sunway Pyramid.

All the participants were pretty excited about it, which is good.

So, I was actually at Sunway Pyramid for my bowling tournament and happened to see the roadshow there and bought the voucher for participant. But I only got to know that there’s about 3 hours of queue. Didn’t want to wait, Hui Wen and I decided to go for the one at Pavillion the next day.

So, there were we, ready to be dolled up!

Chinese New Year is around the corner, and it also marks a whole new year for Chinese. For each new year, everyone should have dreams, dreams that to be achieved or maybe some are just fantasy.

But those dreams seems to be so impossible to me, the price to pay is definitely not cheap. Travel and to stay there for a few days with the polar bear watching will definitely be a great experience and I’ll be overwelhm, but I dun think that dream can anyway to be achieve this year.

So, I have another more reasonable dream to achieve instead.

Here’s their mum – Suki who is at the best behaviour compared to her puppies.

Dun be deceive by their innocent puppy looks, with these 3 little devils around the house, it’s like a havoc everyday.

Imagine cleaning pee and poo early morning when you wakes up, come back home and clean the the mess they make such as tearing tissue paper, biting toilet roll and chew anything which drops on floor.

But that’s alright, it’s alright for me, except that returning from work and find another furniture DESTROYED!

Oh yeah, furniture destroyed. My parents have been nagging me about the damages on the furnitures at home.

They are kinda creative too. They also managed to chew the cloth under the sofa, big enough for them to hide inside the sofa. That’s like their favourite hideout place. Dun play play.

Sofa is not the only victim, but my new bed too!

But I’m not totally blaming them for the damage here, I know I’ve not done a good job in training them. It’s still in the progress.

But anyway, let’s zoom out from this picture and have a look of my room.

What do you think I need?

I need a makeover. Not as in me physically but for my room. I really need a room/house makeover!!! It’s so darn messy!

Not only that, the walls should be re-painted and stick some cute n pretty wall stickers as well. I dunno where did my mum got the idea that peach and bright green goes well. If I were to draw some words on the green patch of wall, it looks like a very huge “ang kong hu”(talisman) to me.

Besides, my tables are really old too. The edges are sharp and it always cut my legs.

The four legged furkids should also have a place of their own and stop hogging my bed with their pee tainted paws or bringing the oven baked fresh poo to eat on my blanket.

Please let me know if I smell like a dog one day.

This happen if I kick them down from my bed.

They end up sleeping at the cupboard outside looking so pitiful like a stray puppy under a shelter of a box at the road side on a cold rainy day.

So, glancing through the online catalogue of IKEA, I found really nice concepts and furnitures that I really like. Example like the below few.

Modern Teenage looks room.

Bright Girlish looks room. My dog can sleep in the blue flower carpet thingie like the cat is sitting in the picture.

Kiddo room. I dun mind if my room looks like a kiddo’s room. I’ll definitely feel young and happy!

I know that travel leaves a person feel more energised after the trip, it’s like a stress relieve journey. However, that seems to be a temporary solution. I still think that home is where you should relax, it’s the place where you should be able to feel relax.

That’s why people says Home Sweet Home.

Okayyyyyyyy… Honestly, I feel kinda embarrassed showing my messy room pics. =\ Is your room messier than mine?

I would also like to thank my parents of not nagging me of going out the whole day that day, else my day would have been ruined.

Next I would like to thank my sister who supported and encouraged me for joining such event.

My dear MR BF who have been understanding enough of not able to spend the day together and wished me the best,

my dear Soukeiguai and puppies who have been such good furkids at home for not messing up the whole house that day.

Last but not least and most importantly, thanks to my dear teammate who have been so co-operative and supprtive throughout the challenge, without that, we wouldn’t have made it.”

Okay, that sounded way too weird, here’s the real thing.

Our deep silent prayers daily have been answered finally, Team Pimpky have made it!

I am totally overjoyed, the announcement totally caught me by surprise. Din even notice about the winning till Simon Seow messaged me all of sudden with one short message :”congrats” which left me totally confused. So, I only knew after being informed by him about the good news which he found out from Saimatkong’s Twitter message. I was happy and excited, but there’s certain part of me told me not to till I received the confirmation news myself from Nuffnang. Not long after that, I received below e-mail.

And that, has really confirmed that Pimpky have won and Nuffnang did call and asked if what name to be put on the Laptop since it’s a personalized one.

Hm… How should I describe my feelings of winning DiGi Internet Pimp My Day Challenge? I think I almost jump and screamed in the office. *Paiseh Paiseh* I somehow seems to be more excited of winning DiGi Pimp Internet Pimp My Day Challenge than winning Purina One 30 days Performance Challenge. I guess it’s because all the effort and pain put into the challenges, it feels like our team effort have been paid off. Really, my teammates been really supportive and co-operative.

I’m all excited with my Maybelline products!

I received a forwraded mail about Susan Boyle from Britain’s Got Talent but I din bothered to read it. Then again today, while flipping The Star newspaper, I saw some column about Susan Boyle.

So, who is Susan Boyle?

I was so curious about it and I went to YouTube about Susan Boyle. WOW, so much of search results. She must be something. So, impressive huh? Such an angellic voice! I felt so emotional watching it. Viewers and judges even stand up and clap with respect for her. Look at Simon’s expression on time 4:03 on Youtube video. Lovely huh? So, she really is something! A new star is born. Her YouTube videos has got 28,699,479 viws as of this moment. Susan is so good that Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher has been Twittering about her and Susan even received an invite from Oprah to appear on her talk show according to AccessHollywood.

Thinking back, did you roll your eyes when she said she’s 47 years old and trying to be a professional singer? She really taught us don’t judge a book by its cover. Also, it’s never too late to live your dream. Cheers.

So, I thought of joining contests. Actually, if you observe closely, there are lotsa contests out there, either it’s big or small. I once read about an article about winning contests, the smaller contests it is or those held by not-so-big companies, the chances of winning is higher. If it’s those huge contests, everyone wnats to win it. There’ll be more people joining and the chances of winning is slimmer. So, do your own math!

You dun need to always just aim for big conest(winning big prizes), you could always start from small ones. It also depends, some are based on luck, some are based on efforts which you put in.

I’ve been tuning in to Fly fm(95.8) and there’s actually many contests held. I recently won myself 4 movie tickets to Marley & Me from Fly Fm. It took me by surprise as I was on the way to Genting and had nothing to do, so when I heard the queue to SMS and I sent in. Few minutes later they were still playign some songs on the radio and some one called my mobile and said :”Mei Chin, bark like on dog!” . I was totally shock, the number is unfamiliar, the person know my last name and he call me bark like a dog?! “Who the h*** is that?” This is all what I could think off. Eventually I said “wow wow” and he told me he’s Hafiz(Fly FM DJ) and I won the tickets. So, as easy as that! The sms cost me RM0.50 and I won RM40.00 worth of movie tickets, worth it right?

Besides movie, they’re also having a program called Wake Up your Brain by the Pagi show. It used to snowball RM100 each day if no one gueses the answer correctly, but right now they’re snowballing Rm500/day. WOW. It’s now RM10,200.00 . I managed to call in when it was RM6k plus but unfortunately my answer was wrong. I’ve been trying to call in since then but it’s always engage. Don’t waste your chance of repeating the wrong answers by checking out those listed here first.

Fly fm is also having a contest called Cash Call, when they start the queue to SMS, you type in CASH and send to 33399. Then you pray hard and hope you’re the lucky person whom they’ll call.
