I would also like to thank my parents of not nagging me of going out the whole day that day, else my day would have been ruined.

Okay, that sounded way too weird, here’s the real thing.

Our deep silent prayers daily have been answered finally, Team Pimpky have made it!

I am totally overjoyed, the announcement totally caught me by surprise. Din even notice about the winning till Simon Seow messaged me all of sudden with one short message :”congrats” which left me totally confused. So, I only knew after being informed by him about the good news which he found out from Saimatkong’s Twitter message. I was happy and excited, but there’s certain part of me told me not to till I received the confirmation news myself from Nuffnang. Not long after that, I received below e-mail.

And that, has really confirmed that Pimpky have won and Nuffnang did call and asked if what name to be put on the Laptop since it’s a personalized one.

Hm… How should I describe my feelings of winning DiGi Internet Pimp My Day Challenge? I think I almost jump and screamed in the office. *Paiseh Paiseh* I somehow seems to be more excited of winning DiGi Pimp Internet Pimp My Day Challenge than winning Purina One 30 days Performance Challenge. I guess it’s because all the effort and pain put into the challenges, it feels like our team effort have been paid off. Really, my teammates been really supportive and co-operative.

And on an un-related case, I got extra RM200 all of sudden today for Optimax coz I referred a friend there for eye lasik treatment. I didn even know I get something out of it. I recommended Optimax coz they’re really good and I’m a very satisfied customer.

Anyway, still wanna congratulate JunJunRiko on winning the Carlsberg Private Party and thank you for the invitation. We totally have loads of fun there! It’ was HOT, HOT, HOT in there packed with full house of gorgeous gals including the FHM GND, even the emcee is pretty too! Did I mentioned the beer is FREE FLOW too?

Yoyo~ There was also private DJ in da house!

Hmm… I wonder if Jun prepared for her opening speech here! You go gal! Jun’s effort been paid of by tagging 1000+ trinkets on Carlsberg Christmas Tree which won her the Private Party! Jun gave a toast with Carlsberg Nice One after giving her winning speech.

I thought there will only be refreshments, but no, I dun think so. Look at our table of food! Yummy yum yum~

But standing beside Jun is no fun, she makes me look so short. =( Okay, I know I’m short afterall.

Carlsberg have also prepared some games (which we have no idea what game it was at first) and asked for some volunteers. Thinking that it would be total fun, Coco and I participated. And guess what? It’s a drinking game. It’s Carlsberg, it’s beer, and of coz it should be related with drinking! Damn! Why didn’t I see that coming?

So, at the count of three and everyone started to gulp down the cup of beer.

I dun drink that much, k? And so I cheated by putting back my unfinished glass of beer back to the table. Tududududududu~~~ I acted nothing happen and hoped no one realize it.. ^.^And I still get the Carlsberg goodie bag.

Geez… the beer had my heart pumping so hard with damn good blood circulation, by drinking of a quarter cup of beer is enough to make my whole face looking like a red traffic light. You’d probably stop your car if you see me at the road side. If you know me well enough, I can’t drink. =(

Coco still look as if she haven’t drank at all though she had gulp down 1 cup. Geez, I hate standing beside her after drinking. =(

But I wasn’t the only 1 with red face that night. See! Jack’s face is also red, please tell his face is redder than mine!

Yen participated in the game next round as well.

Dun play play ehh… she beat all the contestant that round and went to second round competing with all guys. She wasn’t the first who finishes first in the first round but not bad, she finishes second.

FHM GND formed a team to join the team game as well.

It was a great night, no doubt that it was a Nice One, but it ended quite early. =( I wonder when can we have such nice party again? Soon?

WE’RE PIMPKY!!! Which consist of Tallboyz, Saimatkong, Pueh Tian and me-Emeryn. Of coz we managed to face all tough challenges with great results on time!

We’re now at Mardigras, 1 Utama for “Digi Internet Pimp My Day Challenge” and we really gotta share with you our whole experience here today!!!

So, if you do not know yet, Digi Internet Pimp My Day Challenge was an on ground challenge held at 1Utama Shopping centre where each team require to work in a team of four to complete the challenge. We are given with a piece of paper which direct us to the challenge spot where we have 8 tasks to be completed and most importantly is get our passport stamped for each challenges we’ve been through. The are no sequence of tasks that we need to do, we just need to execute all task in the given time.

Time management plays a huge role here as the emcee had earlier hinted everyone that we are unlikely to execute all tasks. We were lucky enough that our team members are quite familiar with this place(but there was a task which we kinda wandered around like a lost puppy on the street trying to find it’s way back home), so we planned on which task to be executed first before heading to our first challenge spot.

Each team was given a DiGi Broadband modem with 3G Turbo support(Malaysia’s only Turbo 3G network) where we get consistent speeds with Likely Average Speeds of 700kbps download / 200kbps upload, we need to get connected to the Internet to share our adventure with you. =D We totally rely on this modem to get connected to the Internet to update videos and photos which is part of our task too.

Here’s us Pimpky connected with DiGi Internet on our laptop.

Before we start any challenge, see how energetic, happy, confident, excited we were to face off the challenges ahead!

Task 1 – DiGi INTERNET PIMP MY DAY CHALLENGE WITH… It’s a HIT! Batting Cage

First of, we went for some balls hitting session. I would say it’s some kinda balls that we Malaysian rarely hit, but thanks to DiGi who put on this as a challenge for us to try. Oppps…dun get me wrong here, it’s actually batting arena where each of the player needs to hit off as many balls as we can out of 15 speedy balls shooted out by the automated machine at It’s a Hit! Battling Cages located at Upper Roof of New Wing 1 Utama.

I gotta tell you, it’s not as easy you thought. You really gotta get yourself focus and aim to hit the speedy ball.

Come’on, let’s hit some balls baby!

Tallboyz managed to hit 11/15 balls. Oh well, he’s really good at hitting balls. Guys, be careful k?

We tried to aim for the DiGi logo coz if we hit it, it’s a Hit Run where the player will get prizes for it! We cheered for each other and gave full support for each incoming ball. We’re not telling you if we hit it or not. *It’s a secret, coz you guys didn’t come and give us support* =p

This is our first time playing at batting cage, and all we gotta say it’s really FUN and exciting! I would say it’s a great activity as stress reliever when you hit off the balls. A piece of advise if you’re going to try, stand more to the back within the white box and position yourself. Once you get the hang of it, just swing it!

Task 2 – DIGI INTERNET PIMP MY DAY CHALLENGE WITH… DiGi Music

Next off, we rushed to DiGi station located at Lower Ground (LG) of new wing for our next challenge which is to explore music download from DiGi Music portal. Let’s Rock on baby!

We are required to create a playlist with our team name(of coz Pimpky! ) and add any one songs by Lady Gaga and Akon each into our just created playlist.  We were kinda confused here coz we’re just too keen and excited but we managed to accomplish the challenge. If you’re interested, you can subscribe to DiGi Music at only RM5/month for unlimited music downloads, song and playlist sharing. Woohoo~ UNLIMITED wey!

Task 3 – DIGI INTERNET PIMP MY DAY CHALLENGE WITH… Swatch

Our next challenge is at Swatch located at LG Oval of New Wing where we were given two Swatch watches to shoot a commecial for at least 30 seconds featuring DiGi and Swatch . We were like some artistes doing a commercial shoot, a commercial which we should be proud of  coz we are the director, producer, cameraman, script writer, and artistes.

Can’t wait to watch our commercial right? Lights, Camera, Action!

You saw the Swatch watches they had? Nice right? What are you waiting for? Go get yourself a nice Swatch watch now! But wait a second, get it after you finish reading our blogpost first k?

Task 4 – DIGI INTERNET PIMP MY DAY CHALLENGE WITH… Mardigras

Are you interested to watch 4 yellow rare monkeys doing some sexy “sexy” pole dance at Mardigras?

Here you go… dun say we dun share great stuff with you, k? But urhm…. some of you might find it disturbing, so watch at your own risk, k? Dun say you’re not warned.

It’s suppose to be group pole dance with the theme – Athlete. So, do you think we can dance? This is embarrassing to say, we kinda look like yellow monkeys swinging around the tree branches. >.< But did you see how Saimatkong promoting Digi Internet while doing the pole dance? That’s what we call creative!

Task 5 – DIGI INTERNET PIMP MY DAY CHALLENGE WITH… Rainforest – Riddle

In this challenge, we headed to Rainforest located at LG New Wing and were required to watch a YouTube video streamed using DiGi Internet connection on a Nokia N97 . The picture clue and picture code is actually showed at the end of the streaming video.

“There are more ppl with mobile phones today than ever before, so make sense your phone is Internet’s new home.

You live on the net,

and the net lives on your phone.”

The internet is now mobile and unlimited.

We totally agree with that, but anyway, back to our challenge, we were almost squeezing all the juices out of our brains trying to figure out the answer for this challenge at Rainforest. The question itself is brain teasing enough, it’s all numbers!!!!  This is totally like cracking the Da Vincci code, no kidding!

Did you even manage to get what is the question? Haha… we already know the answers.

We’re in the mood to be generous, so here’s our hint for you, With DIGI Internet, Broadband/3G/WiFi, Internet Done Right. The answer is some where in the sentence, got it? Tell me your answers(no Google searching for it yeah) and I’ll let you know if it’s correct.

Task 6 – DIGI INTERNET PIMP MY DAY CHALLENGE WITH… Rainforest – Bulls Eye

Next we were like some Orang Asli blowing the pipe with poison darts to hunt for food at the rain forest, but this is a revolution version of it. Basically, we need to blow some Satay stick like darts to a board at Rainforest located at LG New Wing. No worries, DiGi did not put our lives at risk, there wasn’t any poison or innocent living sacrificed in this activity.

It’s quite a tough “blow job”. If you wanna try this, remember to breathe in and blow it out hard and fast in just one breath.

Tallboyz and Pueh Tian is just too tall so they gotta bend on his knees to blow the pipe.

We were totally stunned when we saw Saimatkong can even aim and blow with his eyes closed, and he scored high! He almost hit 700(the highest score) too! Dun play play! That’s what we call pro.

Task 7 – DIGI INTERNET PIMP MY DAY CHALLENGE WITH… Celebrity Fitness

The earlier activities have left us tired and exhausted by running to and fro from lower ground of old wing to upper roof of new wing, almost ran in the whole 1Utama, it’s basically like run, run, run and run non-stop, time is precious and every minute counts. But still, there are two more task to complete and this the most exhausting task of all.

Each of us had to run 800 meters on the treadmill at Celebrity Fitness located at second floor new wing and the average speed will be recorded. We have been giving excuses not to exercise all these while but thanks to DiGi Internet for putting this into the challenge (we were kinda forced to run, coz we wanna complete all the task!), we must have really shed of those extra KGs, felt so light as if we could fly or run as fast as Bolt the dog. But really, this challenge have showed us how bad our stamina was and we should include exercise into our new year’s resolution.

Look how exhausted we were after the 800m run. Dun be fooled by Saimatkong still half energetic face here, you’ve not seen behind the scenes yet. LOL. We were so dehydrated, we could almost drink up a gallon of water each.

Task 8 – DIGI PIMP MY DAY CHALLENGE WITH… Quicksilver

Woohoo~~~~ We finally reached our final task where we modeled for Quicksilver(located at first floor new wing). There are some clothes prepared in the basket, all we need to do is just dress up, strike a pose and give the best shot. Photo is judged based on creativity.

Quicksilver clothes are comfortable, and easily to be mix and match, see how trendy we look here.

Dun you think Tallboyz looks very macho here while Saimatkong is just so sexy in a woman’s clothes?  Would our photos be used on Quicksilver advertisement soon huh?

UPDATES : We are officially supermodels now as our team have won the RM300 of Quick Silver/Roxy vouchers each for this challenge (Did I tell you that each challenge has a winner for it?).

After completing our last task, we headed back to Mardigras and managed to clock in quite early! In fact, we were the first few teams which clocks in.

After the clocked in, we are required to write a blogpost on whatever we have been through and upload all the videos taken for the challenge and submit it within an hour. Our teamwork spirit is strong and nothing could beat that! We delegated all the job to complete the blogpost. Tallboyz was doing the photos editing/touch up, Saimatkong upload the videos, Emeryn was preparing the blogpost and Pueh Tian was taking the photos for us and video editing(Kudos to Pueh Tian for the great video which is the sort summary of the whole challenge and performances we had). Well done Pimpky! That’s what we called Pimpky all the way! *Please give a round of applause to us!*

After we have all completed the blogpost, Digi surprised us that the submission dateline has been extended to next day midnight. *Speechless* We were earlier so tensed on the time for photos/videos editing, and time for the uploading. So, right now it leaves us with a mixed feeling(anxious, nervous, excited, curious) wondering which team would emerge as the grand prize winner?

Oh well, I guess we’ll need to wait for the announcement. *Let’s pray together that Pimpky will be in the top 3* (we’re kneeling on our knees praying  really, really hard).

But it is no doubt that it’s a fun-filled day with all the challenges we had, besides we have learned the below values for the following challenges we’ve been through.

1. Focus, aim – Batting at It’s a Hit! Batting Cages
2. Observe, act fast – Searching and adding songs to playlist from DiGi Music at DiGi Store
3. Creative, acting, confidence – Swatch commercial at Swatch shop
4. Strength, creative – Pole dance at Mardigras

6. Focus, aim – Blowpipes at Rainforest
7. Fitness, stamina, speed – Treadmill running at Celebrity Fitness
8. Confidence, creative – Modeling pose at Quick Silver

We would like shoutout to thank DiGi, TimeOut Solutions and Nuffnang for organizing such great event, it has also reminded how important time management and teamwork are, and it’s our pleasure to be selected to be a part part of this. We’re looking forward for the next event by you guys!

DIGI, YOU HEARD THAT? So, Pimp up our day yeah!

If you are totally clueless of what I’m talking about, Digi is having a Digi Pimp My Day Challenge which is an on ground event where teams of 4 will be given clues and tasks to complete inside a shopping complex. The tasks will require the team to search for information on ground and online at the same time.

The event will be held at the following:-

Date: 9th January, 2009
Time: 4pm till late (there will be a night ‘partyyyyy’ as well)
Venue : Mardi Gras @ 1 Utama

The first 3 teams who managed to complete all task will wint he following:-

1st prize – Personalized laptop + Speaker + Modem + Headphones
2nd prize – Router + External hard drive + Headphones + Modem
3rd prize – Modem + External hard drive

We have formed a team of 4 with the name Pimpky(cute name right?) which is Saimatkong, Joshua, PuehTian and me.

Did I mention that our team have been shortlisted to join the challenge? Come support us k? And wish us luck!

LOL. Another totally overdue post that should be up like a month back. I’ve heard about Oktoberfest last year but didn’t manage to attend the event

which was held at 1Utama shopping centre. So, didn’t want to miss this chance, Mr. BF even accompanied me to go even he had a swolen eyes and he wore

his sunglasses the whole night. Not exactly whole night but we went there about 7pm and left about 11pm.

If you’re wondering what’s Oktoberfest, “The Oktoberfest is a two-week festival held each year in Munich, Germany during late September and early October. It is attended by six million people each year and has inspired numerous similar events using the name Oktoberfest in Germany and around the world, many of which were founded by German immigrants or their descendants.” as according to Wikipedia.

But over at 1Utama, it’s just a 3 days celebration from 29-31 October with some German dance, local artiste performances, some German food like sausages, and of coz, beers.

#1 Entrance of Oktoberfest at 1Utama New Wing lower ground floor.

#2 It’s the only time that you get to purchase a bottle of beer at ONLY RM1.00. But of coz, it’s only limited to a bottle per One Card membership and you must purchase it with RM0.50×2, meaning to purchase with 2 fifty sens coins.

#3 I met up with Grace and Brilly there. Luckily they went earlier and they got a table.

#6 So ngam Simon Seow was there. I din realize it was him when he ask if anyone is sitting there till I look up.

#7 Simon bought the Oktoberfest Felt Hat which cost RM15. Cute hor? Like a witch hat, where’s my magic broom? The hat colour also matches very well with my top that day, both are grey.

So, some updates here. You know what happened last Wednesday nite?

I was simply fabulous and I was a Star felt like a Star.

I was being photographed and interviewed by Nasa who is Journalist of Youth section in The Star.

Haha. Let me rephrase, actually not only I was being photographed, but my friends too. =p

But anyway, that’s not the main and important thing that happened on last Wednesday. It’s something much more bigger than that!

It was Maybelline NY Simply Fabulo0us Finale at Euphoria Ministry of Sound at Sunway. Wooohoooo…. pretty babes all around with fabulous gals!

Since this is organised by Maybelline, you know, furly stuff. They did provide a free makeover for the gals. Cheers! But anyway, I did my own makeup at home already…

We arrive at about 6pm and there were some food served too. We were quite surprised as we only saw pastries around, we were pretty hungry so we grab some and we were gosipping how come there’s not heavy food. Turn out to be the heavier food is at the other side. We didn’t notice when we went in. LOL.

Btw, only you see pretty gals around, you see aunties and uncles too, and also the stunning, gorgeous, fabulous looking host of the night – Henry Golding and Sarah Lian!

The judges of the night are Kimberly from Maybelline, Sazzy Falak, Steven Sunny, and Abhisav(not sure if I spelled his name correctly).

Out of thousands of entries, 10 fabulous gal was shortlisted to the final. They have went through a series of challenge, so who is the fabulous gal who walked away with RM10k in sponsorship, other prizes totalling up to RM50k, a trip to New York city, and a money can’t buy pass to New York Fashion Week. Yes, you heard me! These are the great prizes!

Then it was the most nerve wrecking moment of the night, the Question and Answer moment with the judges. The gals only have 30 seconds with their answer. Remember, there’s only one chance, and this is it!

Some gals answered confidently and some you could see the nervousness in them. If you have been following the show, you’ll know that the more excited Syifa is, the faster she speak and in a higher pitch. It happened that night too during the Question and Answer.

Henry and Sarah invited 5 guys from the crowd up to the stage and get them to do some cat walk while waiting for the finalist to change.

2 gals were also later on invited up the stage, their task was pretty easy, just answer a simple question and they’ll get a goodie. But it seems tough for one of the gals of not knowing Sazzy’s last name.

The 10 fabulous then cat walk out on the stage looking casually chick in Levi’s outfit. This is what I’d like to see!

There were also great performers that night. James Baum’s great song and Shawn Lee’s terrific beat boxing. They’re great!!!

Shawn Lee is ranked no.9 in Beatbox Battle World Championship. He’s impressive! Check him out! I missed out the cricket sound part, it was so real. You can go youtube for that.

I also bump into PinkPorkChop and Benjicajess during that night so cam-whored a little with thema and my friends.

Finally, it was the moment that everyone have been waiting for – The results!

Zhareen won the second challenge in the reality show. She gets an iPhone for that. =D

And the Striking Confidence Award voted by us 10 bloggers goes to Calista!

Answered by Nalin: In my personal opinion, i think it’s entirely up to the individual. some people can have all the talent but without hardwork, they will not be able to achieve success whereas some others may not necessarily have the talent but thru hardwork they can still achieve success.

I’m all excited with my Maybelline products!

10 fabulous contestants are in the run for the Maybelline NY Simply Fabulous, who will walk away with RM10k of sponsorship and live their dream? Now, you can start voting for your favourite gal.

If you have been following Maybelline NY Simply Fabulous on 8tv site, you should already know more about them from the way they talk, their passion, their dreams.

Recap of the episodes aired so far. Zhareen, 19 who is 4 feet 11 is a mix of philippines+indian+malay and believes that simply fabulous is the confidence in you. She’s a singer, dancer, and also music composer. Her goal is to open a orphanage house and be a successful mogul. From the webisode, I guess you could see she’s bubbly and have confidence of herself. I felt that she’s a warm person and easy to get close and communicate too.

Staffanie is a 19 years old Mass Communication student from KDU(so, you know where to look for her now huh?). Her dream is to be an actress, Hm… interesting. To me she looks pretty attractive and tall but a little shy though to be an actress. I guess she’ll need to boost up her confidence in this reality show and show us her hidden talents. Hey gal, show us more of what u got! =D

I’m sure you will remember the next contestant I’m talking about. You will definitely know she’s Nik Syifa from far away land, not because of her cute looks but from her high pitch voice. Who can not recognise that voice huh? I wonder if any glasses have broken when she goes excited and speaks faster than usual with a higher pitch voice. Btw, the 21 years old cutie would love to open a bakery shop. Nice!!! I hope she knows what to do to get my vote. Nah..just joking!

Another contestant whom managed to catch my attention is 21 years old Preeta. She dreams to be a fashion designer and have her own label one day. Her fashion style is to combine western and indian styles together. I would really love to see her design one day. Oh yeha, she loves food, and dogs too, and she also helps out SPCA. See why she caught my attention now?

The 24 years old Susilawati is from Kota Kinabalu. She’s a flight attendant, maybe you could ask her which airline next time and could get some discount. Hehehe. I knew that she’s different! As in she’s a mix of Pakistani + Chinese. Her dream is to be a performer and open a dance studio and also help the less fortunate kids by teaching dancing to help discover their hidden talents. That’s so sweet of her.

Calista is a 22 years old gal from Sabah. Her dream is to be a petite model and she would like to break the boundaries despite people have telling her to give up. It’s such a great spirit she has! Prove to the people and say you couldn’t make it! Btw, she’s mixed too, English + Sabahan Chinese. But, if you listen the way she speaks, she’s more to Malaysian.

Kimberly, 24, dreams to be a travel host. This cheerful gal is also full of confidence, she mentioned that she is quite competitive in contest and will do her very best in achieving the things she wants. I like the energy she has in her! So, lookout for her gal!

Diana, 25, is the only gal with tudung in this reality show. Despite people telling her it’s tough to join contest if wearing tudung, but she has proven that she could by listed as 1 of the 10 finalist. She looks pretty although she’s very tudung. She’s studying civil Engineering but her dream is to open a boutique with her own label. Wow, it’s quite a contrast there but I’m glad she’s persuing her dream now too. So, you know where to shop next time for your clothes in the future?

The 22 years old Bei Shan is a very soft spoken and down to earth gal. Her dream is to further her studies and be a professional in counselling and psychologist. I like what she said in the webisode about confidence. Did you notice she have sweet dimpels like mine too? *wink wink*

Finally the eldest among all is the 27 years old Nalinder who is currently a software engineer. If I didn’t know her real age, I would have thought that she’s same age as me. She looks really young! I like her short crop hair, it suits her feature well. Like Kimberly, Nalin dreams to be a travel host as she love to meet more people and get to know about their cultures and learn more about way of life from them. Did you know Nalin likes to tell jokes too?

Now, here comes first ever online reality show by Maybelline – Maybelline New York Simply Fabulous (MNYSF)! This reality challenge gives the girls an opportunity of a life time to prove that they have what it takes to be simply fabulous, by living her dream! Whether it is opening a new business, furthering studies or to start a business, this show encourages them to live that dream. Sounds fabulous isn’t it?!

Roadshows were done in selected Klang Valley colleges and universities for girls to sign up. They were given a makeover at the booths and their photos taken for their entries. Other than that, entries were received nationwide through the online website. If you have not heard about the search earlier, you might as well live in a dungeon coz they have been advertising it. Regret it coz Maybelline have already shortlisted 10 girls, 18-30 years old to star in the show.

MNYSF will shown in 23 webisodes on www.8tv.com.my/simplyfabulous/ and the FINALS broadcasted on 8TV.

During the show, the girls will undergo challenges that will give them the opportunity to step up, realise their potentials and self-transform into fabulous individuals.

Here is the best part! The winner of the show gets RM 10k cash sponsorship to live her dreams, a trip to New York and meet Maybelline models, makeup artists and join in the New York Fashion Week. OMG… being paid to live your dream, isn’t that  just awesomely fabulous?!

I was invited to catch the behind the scenes of the reality show earlier. I was a running late but I managed to catch a glimpse of the expression of 10 excited gals walking into the studio to start their very first challenge.

Did I tell you who are the host of MNYSF show? AaAaaa….It’s certainly a fabulous show specially with the very fabulously gorgous Sarah Lian and the fabulously handsome Henry Golding!!! *Slurp slurp* But Henry wasn’t there, I’ve not met him in person yet, looking forward to see him too. =)

The 10 beautiful contestant paying full attention to their fabulous host, make sure that they dun miss the important points while the cameraman filming from the side. The challenge of the day is related to make-up. Hmmm.. what’s about make-up??? Will they be given a makeover by Maybelline professional? Will they be asked what kinda products Maybelline has? or are they suppose to make up for another person?

Then I saw another groups of gals seems busy at the other side. Out of curiousity, I went to have a look.

I spotted my dream item or I shall say items. Let me rephrase this, I should say this is one of a gals dream, a full cosmetic range nicely arranged in a cosmetic box with different shades of foundation, compact, different shades of eye shadows, eyeliners, lipsticks, lipgloss, different functionality of mascaras for extra curl, extra volume, extra lengthening, etc… It’s just never ending! Geez… I want that make-up box! Could this be the reason they can’t resist the urge of going through this make-up box?

Geez, the gals must be having a great and tough time going through the tons of yummylicious Maybelline products.

Hm… Are the gals still admiring or they are trying the Maybelline products? Hey, I wanna join in too but I could sit infront of the make-up box whole day doing nothing but just admiring it! You know la, gals are gals. ^.^ There are never enough time admiring these goodies!

Make-up sounds like an easy challenge right? Not till you know exactly why it is a challenge. So, be sure to watch the webisode!

Ok, I should stop admiring the gals and the make-up products now. They’re starting to film again.

I joined a bowling tournament last Sunday organized by the company I’m working for last Sunday. I actually woke up at 5.30am. No, dun get me wrong, it wasn’t becoz I was over-excited about the tournament, it’s becoz Soukeiguai woke me up at that time! =.=” Bark at 5.30am then tell me she wanna drink water… Argh….can’t she just go down and drink water?!

Nevermind, fast forward the time. I was actually preparing myself, then my colleague called me and sounded like a pre-recorded operator voice saying :”This is a gentle reminder that you have a bowling tournament today.”. I was like……WTH… I live so near to 1Utama, 5 minutes car journey confirm reach, furthermore, it was only 9.45am where the team member registration starts at 10am. They thought that I might over-slept and missed the tournament. Am I really that sleepy head?

Actually not many people are listening to the host about the rules and regulations.

My team – Whamp! (The name derived from the sound effect in comic book).

Boleh Lar – They are my boss and colleagues which is also my opponent team. They are more than just boleh lar, in fact, they’ve been on top 3 for the pass 3 years.

This year, there are about 17 teams registerred for the tournament.

When the host finally announces that the tournament have start and we can start to bowl. Seems like no one wants to have the first bowl. Malaysian style, I wait for you, you wait for me. We only started the game when the host re-announce that we can start to bowl.

I’m the first bowler for my team. I think usually the most char bowler will be the first bowler, and have the least pressure too.

Here we go!

Btw, this is my personal bowling ball weighing at 9 pounds only.

Sienz. Keep on hitting the sides only. Couldn’t really hit the pins which I’m supposed to. What is wrong with me?! I guess I really can’t bowl when people around me. I easily feel stress out.

Crapz…the first game hor I didn’t perform well, din even cross 100 points. OMG…

2nd game seems to be better, at least I hit my passing rate. But still disappointed of coz… I couldn’t hit the middle pin on each of my first throw.

This is like one of my rarest throw that day which 2nd throw still can hit the middle pin.

I was pretty hungry and longing for the free food which supposed to be served at 12pm. So, I blame it on my hunger that’s why I couldn’t really perform well.

So, I ate heartily thinking my next game would be better.

But…

Crapz… didn’t cross 100 point again!

So, basically, I played badly in the 3 games. *Speechless*

Forget about it. This is my 3rd year joining and I’ve never win before. Arghhhh..nevermind, winners announcement time! If not mistaken, the 2nd runner-up team’s name is Twister. They spin their way to 3rd place!

1st Runner-up team – The Little Dots.

And the Champion team goes to Boleh Lar with their truly Malaysian team name. But one of them not even Malaysian also. Btw, told ya this team is strong… they’ve won top3 the 4th time in a row now.

The Top Male Bowler goes to Brilly with the average of abour 170~180 points. He’s a very good bowler and always join leagues. You might wanna challenge him.

So, the Top Female Bowler goes to Emeryn Patricia. I wished! Of coz not me laz… I was saja perasan taking the Top Female Bowler pin earlier on. Look at my score and you’ll know that no way I could be the top female bowler.

Oh yeah, not to be missed is the ”SPECIAL” Prize for Charlie’s Angel. It’s so kind of the company to prepare prizes even for the worst team for some encouragement to bowl better.

WOW… worst team also can get prizes, should have known it earlier, then can keep aiming to the “drain” and throw. So, should I aim for the top 3 or last next year?
