It’s all over the media.You should probably read or heard bout it by now.

It was on The Star, 诗华日报, Taiwan news, Singapore news, and many other medias.

It all started when a lady found a pendrive at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia  and uploaded the video. The 15:08 minutes video shows footage of the poodle being abused by a man and recorded by his gf. It has sparked outrages by animal lovers all around the world since then.

It’s so hurtful to watch such video. The poodle was forced to stand with 2 of his hind leg, if it doesn’t, he is being slapped, whack and kicked to the other corner of the room. The scared and pitiful poodle didn’t even dare to make much noise or bark. The gal who was recording it didn’t even take any action to stop the guy from abusing the poodle.

Tell me, what kinda person are they?

Since this video have surfaced, many have already lodge the police report hoping to catch this bastard couple.

Many facebook group have been setup and the one which I read the updates is from Andrew and Michelle’s “Save the Poodle” Mission. They have a team of people who works around the clock now trying to catch the duo.

With the co-operation from everyone, the netizens have identified the owner of the poodle as Doreen Loo.

I’ve checked the photos of hers and saw the photos of the couple and the poodle standing with the 2 hind legs.

Not only that, there was another furkids standing with the 2 hind legs too.

It send shivers down my spine looking at these photos thinking how long have they been abused this way… how many others have been ill treated this way as well? I wonder, if they manage to make it till now. Are they still alive? If they are about to give up now, I hope they dun, coz help is on their way.

Half the world are looking for them now. Netizens have been watching the video repeatedly to find more hints, clues and evidence. Below are some which was posted.

People around are offering rewards for those who manage to provide information that can lead to the arrest and conviction of these abusers. As far as I know, the highest reward now is by a US citizen which is USD$5000 (RM15,500).

He would probably be half dead if he is caught by the citizens rather than the authorities coz I’m sure many people wants him to taste their fist of fire first!

I have so much of anger and sadness when writing this. Arghh…fire in my eyes!!! I can’t imagine if any of my furkid being treated this way.

Did you know that in Section 44 of the Animal Act 1953 (2006 Amendment) says that anyone guilty of an offense of cruelty to animals shall be liable to a fine of RM200 or imprisonment for a term of six months or both? It has been 60 years since the law been implemented.

This is way too lenient! There is a news reported that maximum fine likely go up from RM200 to RM50,000. The amendment, already presented for review, is expected to take place later this year when Parliament convenes its second meeting. Let’s hope that this new law is being implemented and being enforced this time around.

Anyway, frustration! It’s been days and the duo have not been caught yet. They must be hiding now, but where? Are they at another states or out of country already? Okay… I feel totally disgusted by putting myself in their shoes for that one second. *Puik*

Arghhhhhhhh………The bastard couple shall be punished the same if they can’t do hand stand! I believe, what goes around, comes around. They, will be brought to justice!

I’ve been complaining of tiredness and sleepiness lately. Okay, it’s not like I dun complain about that all 24 years, but I felt totally worn-out now.

If my memory never fails me, I’ve been waking up in the midnight, every night, for the past 1 month, except on the next day of my birthday coz I kinda slept at 5.30am. But think again, I did wake up in the midnite, I slept in the car at about 1am and I was woken up at about 2am+.

Some things will surely happens in the mid of night, let’s see…

Let’s say like right now? At this time about 5.30am is supposedly the time which I wakes up to prepare for work on weekdays. So, why was I up earlier?

Kenji vomitted… I totally regretted for letting him to sleep in my room tonite. He should be sleeping with my sis actually. He vomited at about 2.30am. What a great time to puke. Okay…. what rubbish am I talking now huh? It’s not like he can choose a time to puke anyway. It’s ironic that I could be woken up by the sound of pre-vomiting, you know, like a pregnant lady having a morning sickness goes like :”uerk… uerk… uerk… uerk…” then the next thing you know everything from your previous meal is out, from your mouth. Okay, that’s gooey. a lil gross, and exaggerated. But I might be like a deaf person at other times when I’m asleep, I think I have selective hearing when I’m sleeping, I couldn’t hear a thing such as phone which sits right beside me rang for 3 long times, my house alarm went off, someones screamed, loud TV or songs like those club songs, my sis opens her room door, or probably I answered a phone and not remember a thing the next day, but I could be woken up by my phone alarm and the sounds of some one who was about to puke. This reminds me of sleep walking when I was young, I’m not sure if I still sleep walks now, probably not, no one in the family have mentioned to me except that one time when I was at Primary Two.

Okay… back to the story. So I woke up and clean up the gooey stuff. After cleaning for like half an hour I finally went back to bed. Before counting to 3, I’ve already dozed off. So, I slept for another 2 hours, and just when I think I’m about having a dream… I hear “uerk… uerk… uerk… uerk…” . First thing that came to my mind WHAT?!!! Not again?!!! KENJI!!! WHY DO U SLEEP IN MY ROOM TONITE?!! … So I opened my eyes and look down my bed… Oh no! One big patch of gooey stuff. It’s not by Kenji this time but Suki. So, I started cleaning up again. My dogs usually dun just puke once, they continue to puke for the next 15 to 30 minutes. So, it was like non-stop of cleaning up, my room, the hall outside my room, staircase, downstairs… It really makes me think, can anyone train their dogs on the place to puke? can they be trained to only puke in the toilet? Geez… It took me an hour to cleanup.

After finishing the cleanup, I washed my hand with some Dettol and hand wash, I felt relieved after cleaning up everything (otherwise my parents would be mad), and I was walking across the hall turn off the lights. Then… some thing caught my attention. One patch of vomit, ON THE CORNER OF THE SEAT OF THE SOFA!!! arghh…. I felt really irritated and annoyed by that. I hate it when they puke at the corners of the seat of sofa coz it’s so darn tedious to clean that.

Okay… it’s not like I dun love Kenji and Suki now. Cleaning up after them is fine for me. But I just did the exact same thing a few days back when Hiro puked in the middle of the night.

If nothing happens to my dogs then I’d still wake up automatically in the midnight like going to the toilet even if I dun really need to. Or I’d wake up and look around and goes back to sleep. Each time that I’m awake in the midnite it’s like a reset of my sleep. All the hours whcih I’ve slept over been resetted, it’s only start calculating when I goes back to bed again. So let’s say if I slept for 6 hours starting at 9pm, if I’m awake at 3am and sleeps back at 4am and my daily alarm goes off at 5.30, it makes me felt like I’ve only slept for 1.5hours. It’s really tiring. Is there anything wrong with my biological clock?!!! I think it’s a lil off with the real world time, is there any way to reset that?

Talking about all the puking it reminds me of the last time I puked… Opps..sorry..not the last time. The last worst ever puke I ever had which happened 6 years back after eating Popiah from Taman Megah. That was really awful. It started of with diarrhea at first, after a few times of going in and out of the loo, I knew I had food poisoning. So I took a small bottle of Pou Chai Yuin. It didn’t help, so I took a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar hoping to have an immediate effect. Then I started puking after that as well. That was awful. You really wouldn’t want to know how does puking Pou Chai Yuin taste like. It was really awful to the stage that everything has to comes out from both three ends at the same time, you probably know the both ends I’m talking about, the other end I’m talking about is my nose. I remember I panicked whether should I vomit straight into the toilet bowl first or should I take off my pants first. I guess instinct took place, the moment I sat on that toilet bowl and everything comes out at three ends, at the same time as if my internal organs are having a gotong-royong themselves to clean me up.

Mr. BF brought me to the clinic and the doctor gave me a jab which the effect will last for the next 6-8 hours. I will be needing to go in and out of the toilet to release from the bottom for the next 6-8 hours. Initially I try to take a rest on the bed, but my stomach keeps hurting and going in to the toilet, taking off my pants, washing up, wiping up, wearing back my pants, going back to bed is a task which is far too tiring for me at that moment and I ended up sleeping, sitting on the toilet bowl. I even had a dream, but I couldn’t remember what the dream was about. Probably I was dreaming I was having a stomach ache sitting at a bench by the beach when I was enjoying the sounds of waves.

I’m thinking to write more but I guess enough of my ranting. My eyes are half close now… Guess it’s my bed time, again. Good night everybody.

As you may already know, I’m officially a “granny” last Sunday. I’ve promised to upload the videos of Suki delivering her puppies. It’s such an amazing things. Unlike humans, we need the pain killers, the jabs, bla bla bla… and animals dun. They just give birth naturally without pain killers or any jabs. I’m fascinated by it.

But she must be in real pain too… You’ll know why when you watch the videos below.

The preparation… Moments before she starts her contractions and labor. I actually moved her whelping box downstairs coz I wanna her deliver her puppies downstairs instead in my room or outside my room…It turns out that… watch this.

They grow pretty fast in size. It’s just about a week old and I can see a difference in size in each of them though I see them everyday.

Let’s see puppy number 1 – male. He’s the biggest and greediest among all and I temporarily name him Fei Zai. (Take note : Fei Zai won’t be the registerred name of coz!)

Dun you think they look like Rotweilers puppies? I’ve been receiving many queries why are her puppies black. Hm… Good question, Australian Silky Terriers are born blue and tan and as they grow older, their coat slowly changes. Suki was born with similiar colour, and look at her now. Totally changed like an ugly duckling changed to a swan! I dun think the puppies are ugly(some people do think they are ugly and u know who u are), I think they are incredibly cute!

If you are wondering how does Suki’s unofficial husband looks like(they have not gotten any marriage registration and ceremoney), I only manage to locate this photo. I wasn’t around when they mate, so, didn’t manage to snap his pics to share.

If you have not already know about the dog abondoning case of Pulau Ketam recently. Then read on.

I was shocked when I first read the news from TheStar newspaper about Plight of the Swamp Dogs. Pulau Ketam residents had trapped some 400 dogs and transported them to Pulau Tengah to ease the stray dog population on their island. FYI, the island which these dogs have been transported to have no food and water and left to fend for themselves.

It has been reported that some of the dogs had died of starvation, and those that are alive ate the carcasses. Holy dogs! Can you imagine that?! Dogs usually dun eat their own kind, they may might and kill each other, but not eat them. I guess it’s the natural instinct of a nature to react that way to be alive.

It is an extremely sad case that some human have not thought of the consequences of doing so. It’s also been reported that they dun meant to be cruel to them. But wait a second, doesn’t anyone think/rate/check if Pulau Ketam is a suitable place for a life being to stay? Or was it a selfish act just wanting to clear those dogs from the place they lived and not cared what would happen next? Tell me about it.

In my opinion, this is not exactly a good idea to transport the dogs to an island with no food and water?! If they had temporary transport to an island nearby with food and water, it’s not exactly a good idea too. Why? Because those dogs are not neuterred nor spayed and can reproduce fast. Let’s do some calculation.

Let’s say the island lives 400 dogs, which is 200 bitches and 200 dogs and each female dogs produces 5 pups in average. A female dogs may be on heat twice a year.

( 200 bitches * 2 times a year * 5 pups ) + 200 bitches + 200 dogs
= 2000 + 200 + 200
= 2400 bitches and pups all together

 

Okay..my example here is not exactly accurate but it’s just to give you a rough idea on the amount of dogs living on the island after a year. So, how about let’s say 5 years later? It will be a few more times than the amount we have above because a female puppy starts to be on heat when they are about 6 months old(some may be earlier) and they could be pregnant from then. So, what we need to do is actually neuter/spay, yes, I repeat, n e u t e r / s p a y them and not DUMP them to HELL and just leave it.

I truly believe that everyone have a something special about themself which makes them standout to the rest of the people in this world. Recently, like the overnight famous lady, Susan Boyle from Britain’s Got Talent, she totally shine out from the rest with her totally amazing great voice even if she is not in her tip-top looks at that night. But I’m not only talking about talent here, there are some things that certain people took the initiative to get the job done which the rest of the people don’t. I believe that makes a person standout in life than the others.

Honestly, I’m pretty much a non-talented person. I dun sing amazingly well, I dun get amazingly great results in studies, I dun cook amazingly well, I dun drive amazingly pro like a F1 driver, I dun eat amazingly huge amount of food, and, I dun play amazingly well in sports(in fact I kinda sux at it, specially anything with balls, and please dun get me wrong), and I dun have amazingly well talent in recognizing objects and faces(in fact, I’m sux at this too, to date, my friend still laughs at me that I ask them this a few years back. “Ehh..this car quite nice hor”? *Pointing at Perodua Kembara*) . So, what’s the special thing which makes me stand out from the rest?

Okay, let’s start with feature wise.

I got big black eye pupil. People have been asking me if I’m wearing any contact lens which enlarged my pupils. No, I dun. And yeah, it’s very BLACK, not so brown.

People say I have dimples overload. What?! How could a person with dimples overload. Okay, mine is a little deeper than the rest. I can put “guli” in it and it won’t drop. Trust me, I’ve tried that. =)

So, what are my others standout other than features?

It’s my incredibly passion for animals. I do a lot of reading(internet, pet megazines) and also compose it to an easier reading blog post for the ease of access of information to the rest. I used to work as a PAWS volunteer to help raise fund.

This kitten was saved opposite of my house. She was hiding behind the tyre of my neighbour’s car.

I quickly fed it with some food and water.

You dun exactly see me help raising funds now, but I do my part of helping the animals as well. I have helped bring the awareness of animal abuse in my blog too(I used to blog only about animals at Petssionate ).

Most of you may already know about the awareness of saving Panda bears in China. But have you heard of Moon Bears? These bears were being captured in a cage which is just too small for them which have no room to move or even turn. Not jus that, someone will then make a permanant hole at thie abdomen with no sterialization nor pain killers, and there’s someone who will stuck in some kinda tube into it to extract their bear bile daily. These are to be used as medicine though the technology been so good that researches have found that 45 types of other items(example Jasmine) could replace bear bile. The daily extract of bear bile have caused disability in some of them, and some, was injured during the capture. I’m not going to write more about this here now as I have blogged about this before, read more about it here.

I may not have a huge lum sum of money to donate to help all animals, but I do have lotsa dog food to share. Thanks to my dear Suki the Silky Terrier whom made me won the Purina One 30 Days Challenge in Season 1 two years ago.

I have a total of 30 packs of 3.63kg of Purina One Dog Food. Suki finishes a pack of 3.63kg dog food in about 3 months time and now we’re only left with 9 packets of dog food. The rest of it have been either donated or fed to strays. So, you do the calculation.

I may not be able to help all of them but I’m sure I have been helping some of those with an empty stomache. I’ve always backup some dog food in a plastic container or a pack of dog food in my car. It is a very sad view that you see a skeleton skinny dog begging for food but shoo-ed away by the people and some even kick or uses objects to hit them. I have seen many dogs fighting for food when I fed them and I’ll have to spread out on many separate bowls to avoid that. You dun wanna see another injured dog don’t you?

I found quite a few videos which I’ve filmed when I fed the dogs. There’s quite a few so I’ve cut it short and just compose it into a video. I actually have more but my harddisk crashed and I didn’t manage to backup those. =(  Okay, you dun exactly see me in the video..coz most of the time I only started to film after I’ve put down the dog food for them.

Feeding 2 puppies, someone owned them but it’s weird that they are caged outside of the gate at the roadside no matter sunny or rainy days. So, just fed them with some dog biscuits.

 

Ahh…this is my favourite, I call it Direct Transaction. Coz the mummy is eating the dog food and the baby is drinking her milk at the same time whilst she’s eating.

Since we’re on this topic, I have an idea to suggest. Since goverment are paying the money to some companies to capture the strays and put to sleep, why not use that amount of money to neuter/spay them and release them to avoid the increasingly amount of strays. Once they’re neuterred or spayed, they won’t be able to reproduce anymore. Also, we could also spend some amount of money to train the puppies or some dogs and they could even make good guard dogs(perhaps for condos and guaded housing area community?). With the economy crisis currently which also concludes to the increasingly amount of crime rates, if we uses those trained dogs it may help to reduce the crime rate indirectly, who knows right?!

You may think that you are just making a small difference, but that what makes you stand out in life from the rest of the people in this world, remember, everything starts with a baby steps. I believe my passion for animals makes me standout in life. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my beloved furkid, Suki for helping me to find my inner self though I know she doesn’t know how to read this at all. I wouldn’t have done all these if she didn’t exist.

Last but not least, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF and STANDOUT IN LIFE, you’ll never regret.
